Vasantha Group acquires Muller Technology Group

Appenzell/Conthey, March 2026: The Vasantha Group has fully acquired the Muller Technology Group. Androschin & Partner (A&P) advised on the transaction and conducted a commercial due diligence for the seller. The acquisition creates one of the most comprehensive value chains in global plastics processing – from mold design to fully integrated automation lines.

About Muller Technology. The Muller Technology Group is a Swiss specialist in precision mold making and automation solutions and a global productivity partner to the plastics packaging industry. Founded in 1959, the company is headquartered in Conthey (Valais) and has another site in Loveland, Colorado (USA). It employs around 100 people in a production area of approx. 8,050 m². Muller is one of the leading suppliers of in-mold labeling (IML) automation, precision injection molds and fully integrated automation lines with an installed base of more than 2,500 systems worldwide. Customer segments include food, consumer goods, pharmaceuticals, medical and personal care. Prior to the transaction, the group was owned by CGS Management.

About the investor. The Vasantha Group is a leading global manufacturer of high-precision injection molds and automation solutions based in Hyderabad, India. Founded in 1989, the company employs over 750 people at five locations and exports to more than 40 countries. The group includes the Austrian subsidiaries VTW GmbH and SAVYA Automation GmbH. In the transaction, Vasantha Group acted as the full acquirer of Muller Technology Group.
